Winter Solstice Celebration 2009
Happy Holidays and Happy Winter Solstice!
PranaShanti is filled with celestial sounds from chanting, crystal singing bowls, chimes, symphonic gongs, shamisin and heavenly vocals!
A heart filled thank you for Melinda Urban and Catriona Sturton who sang and played so beautifully.

Hatha Yoga Teacher Training - Partner Yoga with Nicole Schramm
During this year's Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program, Nicole Schramm taught a class on Partner Yoga. It was a total blast! Who knew how much fun this could be and how great the stretches could be too!

Happy Holidays!
A couple of weeks ago we celebrated Christmas at PranaShanti with our Teachers and Staff. We joined together for a gourmet potluck, had live musical entertainment by Lisa's son, celebrated with door prizes for the Zen Kitchen, Aspire Massage and the Wakefield Mill Spa and Restaurant.
It was a fun evening with great food and lots of laughter! Here's a few pictures!
