It’s time for a Fall Cleanse!

Cleansing can be done any time of the year, but the best time is during the Spring and Fall. This is because of the natural cycle of cleansing and re-growth that we see in nature is in us too. Cleanses are one of the basic foundations of natural healing.

Our program is based on Yogic and Ayurvedic traditions as well as modern nutritional studies. Our program cleanses the intestines, the liver, the bowels, the blood and the lymphatic system. While doing the program, you will be eating a wholesome diet focused on lighter, cooling, nutrient rich foods, drinking lots of pure water and doing Yoga and Meditation. Our program is gentle and effective.

At PranaShanti you will not be doing the cleanse alone. Each morning you will have our Breakfast Smoothie, pick up our daily supply of cleansing foods specially prepared for you, and have time to ask questions and discuss the cleanse process. You will have the support you need to keep up, keep going and keep cleansing. If your schedule doesn't allow a morning yoga class, take your class at your convenience. At PranaShanti there are over 70+ yoga classes per week to choose from.

Choose from 3 or 5 days cleanses with or without colonics.

  • Daily Yoga class;

  • Daily cleansing organic vegetarian lunch (plant based complex carbohydrate) and dinner (plant based protein) to take away with you;

  • Cleansing tea recipe blends to consume while during the cleanse;

  • Reintroduction Assistance Manual of foods post cleanse.

Pre-registration for the FREE Info Session is required as food is being specially prepared for you to sample.
