With all of life's "to-do" lists we commonly forget about our own self care and nurturing. This 2.5 hour workshop is an opportunity for you to:

- learn/review the benefits of meditation
- learn/review tips for meditating
- participate in three guided meditations for wellness and healing
- learn how to be more proactive in creating your own wellness
- learn strategies for creating more happiness in your life
- learn mindsets that enhance health and wellbeing
- learn how to be proactive in your own healing
- learn steps for self-healing through meditation
- ask questions, share your experiences and challenges
What to Bring: Notebook and pen, a bottle of water, and a cushion or blanket for sitting meditation.
