Whether you are new to meditating or have a regular practice this workshop is designed for anyone interested in enhancing their health and wellbeing through the practice of meditation.

With all of life's "to-do" lists we commonly forget about our own self care and nurturing. This 2.5 hour workshop is an opportunity for you to:

  • learn what meditation is
  • learn/review the benefits of meditation
  • learn/review tips for meditating
  • participate in three guided meditations for wellness and healing
  • learn how to be more proactive in creating your own wellness
  • learn strategies for creating more happiness in your life
  • learn mindsets that enhance health and wellbeing
  • learn how to be proactive in your own healing
  • learn steps for self-healing through meditation
  • ask questions, share your experiences and challenges

What to Bring: Notebook and pen, a bottle of water, and a cushion or blanket for sitting meditation.

 
Cost: $30.00 per person. A minimum number of participants are required to offer this workshop, please register in advance, thank you.
