Meditation with Lynne Cardinal - 6 Week Series begins Monday, November 14th from 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM ~ Learn more about meditation, including various meditation and breathing exercises, as well as tools to deepen your meditation and develop regularity in your practice. This 6-week session will provide you with an overview of all great traditions and enable you to directly experience their benefits.

This group meditation class is a multi-faceted approach to spirituality and personal development. Learn more about meditation, including various meditation and breathing exercises, as well as tools to deepen your meditation and develop regularity in your practice. This 6-week session will provide you with an overview of all great traditions and enable you to directly experience their benefits.
Suitable to both beginners and experienced meditators.
Cost: $90.00 per person for the 6 week course. Pre-registration required. One time drop-ins are welcome to come and try the class for $20 per person.
Series of 6 classes starts Monday, November 14, 2011 and ends December 19th, 2011.
